It starts with a quick conversation about your property. You tell us a few details, we review the home and your situation, and then we present your options. In many cases, that means a cash offer to buy your house as-is. If listing on the MLS would put more money in your pocket, we can also walk you through that route as a licensed NC Real Estate Broker.

Do you only buy houses, or can you also list my property?
